For Guests
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Some properties charge for separate damage deposits. Make sure to check the respective cancellation policies at the property you have booked. Generally full payment is made at the time of booking. In some cases only a deposit is required and full payment is made when checking-in at your rental.
For Hosts
We have different payout options available for hosts. Your options include having the guest prepay the entire booking upfront or pre-pay a deposit of your choosing and complete the transaction when the guest checks-in.
